What I've Been Wearing

A bit of a catch up on what I've been wearing since I got home from holidays....and before the weather improved. I was determined to get the ankles out as much as possible even though it was freezing until yesterday!

First up, a trip to Belfast to pose beside a Dry Riser Inlet...

Jeans - H&M (past season)
Handbag - Accessorize (past season)
Grey Wool Jacket - Marc Cain (preloved)
Black Scarf - Zara
then, a week later than planned, I got my second session of laser hair removal at The Laser Clinic NI. I've blogged about this on another post on this link if you would like to find out more:
Leather Jacket - Alice Temperley (preloved)
Striped Midi Dress - Mango (bought in Spain)
Trainers - Seven Boot Lane (bought in SS17)
Handbag - Yoshi (g) past season

A bit of colour for a chilly Saturday in Belfast. I'm on a mission to show some love to the more neglected stuff in my wardrobe and this green jumper is one of the earmarked items. So good to wear it again!
Jacket - As before
Green Crew Neck Jumper - Benetton (old)
Black Culottes - Warehouse (past season - others on the link)
Star Trainers - Topshop (past season - LOVE these ones though!)

Next up, a walking outfit from a weekend trip to the Silent Valley with the family.
Coat - Ilse Jacobsen
(past season from Sarah Jane Boutique, Magerafelt)
Jeans - Topshop Joni's (these sell out constantly - buy if you see them!)
Trainers - New Balance (this year's version here)
Hoodie - H&M (reduced to £11.99)
Dog - My Springer Spaniel Niece Lola

and this is the outfit I had on for our family meal the same day to celebrate my husband's birthday (again!). Can you tell it was raining and freezing in this photo?!!
Jeans - Topshop as before
Top - old from a local boutique
Cream Ribbon Slingback Flats - Penneys/Primark (current season - bought in Mary Street)

and one last outfit along the lines of wearing my neglected items - this time, a black fishtail skirt from M&S. I thought it was a bit formal for day to day wearing but then had the idea of wearing it with trainers and a biker and whaddya know...it works!
Jacket - Great Plains (few left on HOF website)
Trainers - Seven Boot Lane as before
Cashmere Crew Neck (shrunken Size 16 donated to me by my mother in law!)

...and I need to take a moment to mention this necklace which got all the Instagram love this week. I bought it last year from local jewellery designer Janmary Designs. Her website is on this link. It's just the perfect pendant for a mum of 3...
And that's me all caught up for now...I'm away to dig out the sandals and lighter tops. I want to believe that the weather is changing for good but I'm suspicious of it getting this good this soon!!!
